Lincoln Steiner Questionnaire

I am currently collecting information from families or individuals who are interested in having a Steiner school in Lincoln. The following questionnaire has been designed to give an overview of the needs of the people wishing to access this school. Please answer the questions as fully as you can, comments are welcomed as are people who wish to be more actively involved. If you have an area of particular interestor expertise you think could help in away please give details on the questionnaire.
